Upon arrival in the evening, the hotel front desk staff couldn’t find our reservation! Even though I had a paid confirmation receipt through *******!
I contacted ******* via chat room and attempted to send an email of my reservation, which they did! But the FD refused an email & insisted it has to come through the ******* reservation system! So, I requested ******* to cancel my reservation, and they told me I will get refunded in 24 hours!
I ended up paying for my 1 night stay at the FD!
Today is December 9th and I’m still waiting for my refund!
