Location is fine, 10min from the station, near the canals. Room is spacious, light and somewhat clean. The curtains have holes in them and stains on them. Doors in the douche cabin are not closing properly. But it’s all ok I guess. The things that bothered me most were 1) the insane dead bodies smell in the bathroom and 2) the staff.

Very good location. The entrance has a small hallway, enough to put shoes and luggage , The living room has a small kitchenette. The corridor has some cigarette smells apart from that all good.

Great place! The staff were very kind and attentive; they moved us to a different room because ours smelled of cigarettes. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the food was superb too.

It's very close to the train station. The suite I chose is also very good. Maybe it's just because it's an apartment. I stayed there for two weeks, but the hygiene was not cleaned every day. Maybe it's a French habit. But I was disappointed with the bed. The big bed I chose was just two single beds put together, and there was an obvious seam in the middle. You can imagine how comfortable it is. I stayed there for 12 days, and my waist was uncomfortable. Other things are still very good.

Room was filthy (chewing gum stuck on the window, dining table hadn’t been cleaned, hair in the bathroom). It was missing equipment (no chopping board in the kitchen, no mop to clean up when the shower flooded the wet room floor after every shower). Check in staff were very friendly but the state of the room left a lot to be desired.

Great stay near the river in Amiens Comfortable beds, large living room space and ample dishes in the kitchen. A small leak in our shower but nothing terrible. Water pressure and temperature were good. We used the laundry facilities as well which were easy to use.
