They didn't let me and my finace in because they have a preposterous policy saying unmarried partners are not allowed in the same room so we had to book two rooms. The rooms are very clean, the shower is nice, lounges, restaurant and terrace are speaking and nice. Breakfast was great. Amenities are just water and coffee, which is what I'd expect from a 3 star hotel anyway.

The location is good. Next to the Amman Plaza where you can find some food and supermarket there. The room is quite old but everything is average.

Very bad experience. Hotel is like a jail. Neither fresh air entered the room nor windows could be opened. They put you in custody with forceful, warm air conditioning. Two nights stay with a very hard disappointment.

It’s my third time for me in Ibis-Amman, the Location is excellent, the stuff were friendly and helpful. Some room maintenance maybe necessary. Cleanliness was very good. I recommend it
