I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and welcoming place to stay.

Beautiful place, great location, helpful and nice staff, yummy breakfast, complements to the chef for his omelette, a great value for the money.

The location and service are perfect.

The hotel is in the city center, but unfortunately the city center is not a nice place. Despite this, it was quiet. The room size and facilities were also nice.

Don’t believe the taxi drivers, they will trick you into choosing another taxi. This one is the best value for money in Jordan. The surrounding environment is compared to Yiwu Commodity City, but they are very friendly and the people are very nice. Breakfast is relatively simple. If you stay for a long time, you will definitely not be used to it.

Located centrally, if u like that kind of busy and local vibes, as far as the amenities and cleanliness,breakfast spread, I felt the hotel can do better. The room that I was given (207) was overlooking the AC outdoor units of the opposite rooms :( having me close the curtains all the time that I stayed there (2nights) The room was small, enough for 2 people. The safe deposit is locked which I felt is not necessary. Keep it open so that the guest start to use it without having to call the reception for help. I had trouble with leaky faucet, it flooded the bathroom making the floor mats soaking wet. The guy attended to it immediately though, however, the hotel needs to upgrade a bit in these things. The breakfast is from 7-10 but by 9:07 most of the items in the buffet is over. I am vegetarian and it’s already very hard to find things for me and unfortunately the grilled vegetables that was there at the menu,was already done and I had to scrape off the last oily small chunks of Cauliflower, zucchini, again super oily and egg plant(not a fan). I did ask the 2 people that were around if we could get more of the vegetables or a refill but they denied.I had the last 4 pieces of toast and it was done. I am not sure about the people that came after me. Omelette station was there and could get when asked. Front office is very efficient and helpful.

Hotel is conveniently located near to the main attraction and sightseeins : Roman amphitheatre, Amman citadel. Location was perfect Rooms are spacious and clean , especially great full for reception team . Recommend this hotel for any traveler’s . wonderful stay.

If for some reason you find yourself needing to stay in this part of Amman, this is a good choice. It's a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed hotel. The rooms are decent-sized and clean. However, driving in Amman is not for the faint of heart, and parking is even worse. The booking site said that the hotel offers free parking, but I now assume that that meant street parking. The problem is there isn't much and there was no way to pull up to the hotel to ask for help or to simply drop off luggage. Anyway, I had to circle the block a few times until a spot opened up in front of the hotel. I'm not sure if I got lucky, but it was a bit nerve-racking. Note also that it's a dry and smoke-free hotel.

My stay was short but wonderful. The hotel organized airport pick up for me, and the driver was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. At reception, although I forgot his name, the staff member was exceptionally nice and spoke fluent English. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful; Ahmad and Nadar provided me with information about Amman and its surroundings. Good location, waking distance from the Roman theatre. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the interior was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious – definitely worth the money. Don't hesitate to stay here.

It was very clean, comfortable, spacious, beautiful room. I LOVEEE the hot shower. Location is great very central and around local environment and markets. We have valet for our car, the bed was comfy and the service very kind. Totally recommended.

Superb location downtown, very good service (thanks for chasing us on the street to give us back the clothes we forgot in the closet!) and comfortable beds. They kindly upgraded one of our three rooms to be with the other two. Only caveat: during ramadam you get a tray of food delivered to your room instead of breakfast in the restaurant and it’s a pretty measly meal, especially for the price.
