I have stayed at this hotel more than once, in different seasons, and I really like this place for both its comfort and its location. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a receptionist named Yahya — he was friendly and polite, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was comfortable and clean. There are refrigerator kettle and a microwave - you could even say it’s a small kitchenette in the room, which is very convenient. Housekeeping is done daily, not only in the rooms but throughout the entire hotel. The corridor always has a pleasant aroma. The staff is friendly, and if you need extra water or tissues, they bring everything. The breakfasts are not the best — the selection is small, even though it is a buffet. However, the hotel’s location is excellent: close to the city center, with many cafés and restaurants nearby for every taste. And for those who love Turkish coffee, there is a small café just steps from the hotel where Moat and Qais prepare the most delicious Turkish coffee. I enjoyed this aromatic coffee every morning. The Hotel is really good. I recommend it.
