Staff are friendly and helpful. Convenient with food and shops around. Close to city centre. I only wished the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel can be better.

This is a good no frills outlet. I was travelling for my job and only needed a place to rest n sleep. Location was good, easy access to halal street food; although parking was a challenge because its free open parking lots. I want to commend the inhouse towels given...it was really good quality for this type of hotel ! However there is a bar club very near to Beez...so if you dont like thumping club music it could keep you awake..... I slept fine though since I was too tired from my daily job run. Will come back again for sure !

This place is amazing value for what you paying, clean place , comfortable bed, friendly staff especially Tanu the receptionist she makes me feel at home when staying there , am a regular guest here because i really love this place i love the people , they never failed to deliver an excellent service, i feel so relax everytime i come kl malaysia. Everybody must try to stay here, you will experience a superb ambience , thanks for city edge hotel management for bringing this good value for money a place to stay in kl malaysia. I will definitely be back in here.

1) Clean n cheap hotel at pandan Indah area. 2) breakfast : Very lousy. Very limited food. As buffet breakfast. But you can't eat as much as you can. Must follow their menu, which set by the restaurant. Set a.. B.. C.. D.. Etcs. Example, nasi lemak, chilli, egg, cucumber.. As set A. The drink, coffee n tea.. No taste. I hope the hotel should discontinued using next door restaurant. Lousy food. We stayed for 4 days, we need to collect the coupon daily from the counter. . So inconvenience. Their WiFi also, changed it everyday too. You need to request the password from counter. Very weird idea.. 3) make up room : after the make up, every night facing alot mosquitoes in the room. Kindly take note.. Room 217. 4) service : all that nights still OK..n happy to stay. The last night, we didn't request for make up room. Once we reached hotel. We Request new towel, mineral water, shampoo n body shower at counter. Facing to a good looking but rude attitude . Speak to him twice, he totally ignored us. Never answered yes or not. Moreover speak to him in bahasa Malaysia.. His face like zombie. No expression at all. We waited in the room about 20 minutes.. Till we have to intercom again to counter. But answering by malay lady. It took, less than 5 minutes, the stuffs arrived. After another 5 minutes, the lousy guy came with the stuff. We informed we got the stuffs already. He still showing the zombia face to us.. The hotel management should educate the employee since its service industry. 5) TV : not many channel. Unfortunately all the channels not clear at all. Oh my god.. So boring. How can this thing can be happened!! At this century.. Kindly take note. Fit it..!!!

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

Lovely 4-bedroom condo with pool for 6 pax - Cheras is located in the Ampang district of Kuala Lumpur, 4.6 km from Berjaya Times Square, 5.7 km from Starhill Gallery and 5.7 km from Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. This property offers a private pool, free WiFi and free private parking. This air-conditioned apartment is equipped with 4 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen with a fridge and a stovetop. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. Kuala Lumpur Convention Center is 5.7 km from the apartment, while KLCC Park is 6 km away. The room is spacious and bathroom was clean. However, the bedsheet was old, stained and looks worn out, found some hairs on the bed. The management should consider to get a new batch of bedsheets for the hotel operation. Water filter and ironing board are provided at the corridor. The hotel is at the quiet side of the shop lot and next to a pub. However, still short walking distance to eateries and 7-11. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Whenever we come to visit our relatives in KL, we always stay at Hotel Mezzo. Rooms are clean, location is good (near to MRT), and now there are new shopping malls nearby. My children are very particular with cleanliness and hygiene. Food is not an issue too as it’s all walking distance. For our last visit, we were given a free upgrade. The staff told us that we are quite regular and it’s recorded in their system. If we need to go elsewhere, their friendly staff will help us to get a Grabcar. Will definitely come back again. Good job Hotel Mezzo and staffs!

I booked this hotel as it is located next to the AEON maluri as I had some work there. Firstly the check in is very smooth and we are given a room on the 2 nd floor. The room is clean and came with a nice view. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. There is a ironing stand in the corridor and a nice common seating area with garden like decoration. My only issue with this place is that all the fixtures and furniture have started showing their age and they are in a dire need of renovation.
