Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well .
But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

It was a wonderful stay with courteous staff especially Ms. Amandeep from F&B. She carries a lovely smile and very humble. I like the room size and cleanliness. Will definitely recommend to stay whether for business or with family. Thanks for everything

I recently stayed at the Best Western Merrion Hotel and had an overall enjoyable experience. Located just a few steps from the golden temple, the hotel offers stunning views, especially from the rooftop bar, where I spent several evenings watching the sunset. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and accommodating, always eager to assist with any requests. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was sleek and had high-quality toiletries. One of the highlights of the stay was the hotel’s on-site restaurant, which served delicious breakfast options and fresh seafood for dinner. The service was attentive, and the food quality exceeded my expectations.

The best hotel one can find in Amritsar. Location is in the center with peace. Rooms are spacious and one can match them with a good high end hotel. Parking is also there with valet service. The breakfast buffet had multiple options with good hospitality. The staff is amazing and ready to help you with anything you need.
