The hotel is worst ,the rooms are not cleaned the lights are not working the keys are not there for certain rooms , all rooms are stinking ,no proper maintenance of rooms,bedsheets are torned hotel staff is minimal,I cannot recommend this hotel to you people come here only one out of all rooms are okay that also you will get if you are lucky enough

it was not good experience since there was issue with hot water and it was not coming properly in bathroom and also some other things was not proper

It was good experience in hotel. Cozy room, comfortable mattress, moreover it was near to the bus stand just few minutes of walking. Most amazing thing is it was under my budget for just 1600rs per night. Overall, the hotel puri palace is good for families, couples under budget.

I saw all the good reviews and nice pictures of this hotel which was suspicious. They all seem to come from members with only 1 or 2 other posts. And I had stayed here before, the experience was a nightmare. The hotel was booked for me through an tour. It was so bad, we stayed only one night and ran out the next morning. We did not even bother with a refund, we just wanted out. The bed was so dirty I didn’t even dare to move, the toilet almost made me vomit. I’m not even going to waste my time by typing more details, it’s just hell on earth. Tripadvisor, please investigate all the posts here.

- very bad smell in rooms. - water leakages in bathroom - awful service, no one available for even serving tea, coffee.

Hotel was clean and hygienic and the overall stay was good but some more amenities could be provided

Puri palace is the best hotel in amritsar. Food is very tasty . Very nice is breakfast buffety. Many items in buffey amritsari kulcha channa. Poori sabji ,and chole bhathure is very tasty .staff is very good 👍 mr kamal gm is very good person in hotel . Room is very spicy and good. Hot water and Wi-Fi very speedly in room . Walking distance in golden temple and jaliawala bagh . I come back in with my family and friends and stay in this hotel puri palace again . My trip is very good

Cockroaches, dirty bedsheet, pillow, insects, cockroaches in maggi and they are many, need call back from regional head

The hotel is located in the city. Easy access for tourist and easy to move for tourist place. The food quality is good. Only negative point is the room is closed no windows and balcony. The staff services are good. We had a nice stay at amritsar. Thanks for your valuable support and advice for the tour.

My family of 10 has most dis liked the hotel puri palace which was booked as package. As per make my trip the hotel room size is 270 sg ft, but the actual room size was half say maximum 150 sq ft. No service was offered which mentions facilities as per MMT like bathrobes, Tea / coffee. As per the manager their Air conditioner is not working since many days because some tourist kids has spoiled it. Shower doesnt work. So if you want the cheapest raat guzarna hai please go to some stay of Gurudwara but dont even prefer this hotel. The room no 204 if allotted, you will prefer staying on road. Moreover the manager is so rude who doesnt even want any reviews / comments. Book at your own risk.
