Park Inn by Radisson Amritsar Airport

I recently stayed at the Park Inn Hotel and had a good experience. Some staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, close to airport.

Got a good rate for an overnight stay after we landed in the evening. Very clean hotel. Check-in is smooth. Got a nice upgraded room too. Thanks. Breakfast is good. Great stay at good value for money.

Located just opposite the Sri Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport, this property has everything you can ask for. Luxury Rooms that are spacious, comfortable. Delicious breakfast is done you can count on. Staff is very polite. Special mention to Vikas Ji for smooth check-in process. Definitely a 5 Star Rating.

Five minutes drive from the airport and around 10 kms from the city centre. Situated next to Radisson Blu hotel. There is a free shuttle pick up and drop from the airport. Early check in was provided on arrival. There are stairs to climb to enter the lobby. There is a chair lift for those who have difficulty in climbing stairs. The lobby is very small and seats around ten persons. Rooms start from the seventh floor Odd number rooms face the pool on the seventh floor. There is a gym also on the same floor, ***** with the restaurant, bar and business centre. There is no life guard or attendant at the pool. Saw ***y guests entering the pool without a shower and in their night clothes and there was no one to ensure that guests use proper swimming costumes. The room size is small and the bath area is also small, specially the toilet seat which is in a depression and very cramped. There were no hand towels or container to keep the tooth brush , razor etc on the wash basin platform. Toiletries were provided. There was in room tea maker with only tea bags provided . Coffee powder was not available. The wooden platform on either side of the bed was also very small and there was no side table. Extra bed was broken and was very uncomfortable for the child to sleep as the foot end collapsed. The sofa in the room was stained and torn at places. In room safe was not opening and a technician had to be called to get it opened. ***y times there was no response when housekeeping or in room dining was called on intercom. The corridor was very noisy with children running and shouting very often The restaurant on seventh floor offered breakfast. There is indoor and outdoor seating. There were a lot of flies on tables in the open. The inner area was very congested. There was very little space around buffet tables and guests were bumping into each other. ***y guests were not using tongs and were picking up bread, poori, parathas, bhatura by hand and if they did not find them hot or crisp, were dropping them back in the container with no regard to hygiene. Breakfast spread had idli, dosa, poori-aloo, stuffed parathas, kulcha, fruits, eggs etc. Free shuttle service was available at different times of the day for Golden Temple.
