"The hotel is 7 min walk to tram station and 50 min to Central.  The best part of the hotel was free parking and had a charging point.  The hotel rooms were spacious and super clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.  Smooth check in process"

"It is a nice place to stay. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. I wish the parking for the guests was free though. About the location, it’s a bit too far from the city center. If location doesn’t matter to you then I’d highly recommend this place."

"This is a lovely, clean hotel with a beautiful view. The environment is peaceful, quiet, and clean. The housekeeper/cleaner I met was nice, when I requested for adapter, she went out of her way to get one for me. My only disappointment was when I realized I had left some clothing behind. I called the next day, but unfortunately, the staff informed me they couldn’t locate it. It’s a shame because I’m certain I left it in the room, and it seems someone may have taken it. Aside from this incident, my stay was enjoyable."

"The room itself was impeccably clean—truly spotless. Full credit to the cleaning team. Regrettably, other areas fell short. The €10 ”complimentary” breakfast was poor: a single slice each of cheese and ham constituted a sandwich, the scrambled eggs were stone cold, and only the coffee was passable. Furthermore, the modern HVAC system was undermined by a needlessly complex room control panel that easily reset itself, requiring a trip to the front desk for help. The neglect extended outdoors, with litter like old plastic bottles and other garbage scattered all around the grounds. In stark contrast, the hotel staff were exceptional. Their friendliness and eagerness to assist with every request were a standout positive. The takeaway is a clear mismatch: a management strategy focused on austerity, valiantly offset by a staff dedicated to guest satisfaction. My sincere thanks to the guys for their efforts."

"Really nice hotel, in a quiet environment. Good for someone who is ok with walking a little bit to get public transport. Rooms are ok, staff - really nice. Can't be better for the hotel itself. Nice bar inside the Radisson, but with a really rude man, that destroyed our evening, and forced us to not turn back in Keuken never again, even cocktails were really nice. The tables should also be clean better/often as lots of rest of food/drinks were almost everywhere."

"The room was very nice, clean. There was a very nice girl at the reception. But there were problems with the cleaners. On the first day at lunchtime, a cleaner burst into my room, although I was still asleep. It was very scary. On the second day, the same cleaner tried to enter the room again saying check-out, although there was still an hour before check-out. He was very angry and dissatisfied. He was a very unpleasant young man who spoiled the whole impression of the hotel."

"The aparthotel is very nice. However, I need to share my disappointment to the hotel reception for being very rude upon checking out. I supposed to check out at 11AM, the staff knock my door around 10.30AM, I told him I am sorry but can you give half an hour to check out as I just finished my meetings online. He said yes no problem. Another 20 mins, a lady knocked on my door with a very rude attitude. She asked me to get out now. Like now. I told her give me 5 mins I am almost done packing. She said now, you gotta come out now. I rushed myself and went to the reception to check out and apparently she’s the reception . This is very rude and never had I experienced something like this from a hotel"

"The room is very large, we set a twin standard room, temporary extra bed is no problem. The front desk service is very good and the breakfast is rich. Going out and turning right on the main road has a bus to the airport, which is very convenient. You can see the local scenery along the way."

"Hotel environment and health is good, service is OK, location is OK, 15 minutes to the subway station, 6-10 minutes to the bus station, very good. The hotel breakfast is relatively simple, there are not many choices, but the coffee here is now made, now, if there is next time, will come again"
