It was okay. The hotel has been open for a year. The staff was generally alright, except for an older European man at the entrance who seemed a bit snooty—though that's something you often encounter at many hotels when they see Asian guests. Other than that, everything was fine. The location is also pretty good.

Very new, excellent location, and the service was warm and welcoming.

Everything I requested beforehand was arranged, which was great.

The room was new, but the breakfast was just okay.

The hotel boasts a unique design, is quiet and comfortable, and offers top-notch service.

The hotel is beautiful, right in front of the Ammu Canal, in a quiet area amidst the hustle and bustle. It's close to museums and Dam Square. The suite wasn't very large. The welcome card had the wrong gender, "Mr.", but it was easily resolved. Also, the Ctrip website listed one King room, but it turned out to be two Queen rooms upon check-in. The hotel feels like an art gallery, with beautiful details everywhere. The room cards feature cute cartoon characters, very detailed. The pool area is also beautiful, though a bit small. Breakfast was included, but the Ctrip information was wrong again. I recommend checking with reception.
