The hotel is located in the beautifully renovated Palace of Justice. It's a rare blend of history and contemporary luxury. The design pays respect to the building’s past and yet, creates a warm & welcoming environment. The guest rooms are beautiful with very elegant touches. Advocatuur bar is outstanding. It’s a fantastic concept and the execution is very well done, with a brilliant narrative. Congrats to the entire Rosewood Amsterdam team!

We just spent a delightful weekend in Amsterdam with Rosewood. We were apprehensive having had a bad experience at a previous rosewood. But this restored our faith completely. The hotel is newly opened and as such everything is new and shiny. The team were warm and welcoming, the rooms comfortable, the spa relaxing and the f&b outlets were exactly what you needed. I would hope to see this hotel feature in the Worlds 50 Best list in the next round. Well done team.

Just received the most incredible feedback from my VIP clients who stayed at the new Rosewood Amsterdam and I had to share. The rooms were absolutely exquisite, and the service was truly best in class. This brand new hotel is full of charm and surprises. The art pieces are magnificent and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Gabriella will answer every call and request with a smile. Robin served our big party for a wonderful dinner with grace, efficiency and patience. Maria is a hostess who cares and does whatever is necessary to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your meal. Make sure you find the two grandfather clocks for an interesting surprise. It’s a beautiful hotel, but still too many items that need to be improved: - we were not allowed to have a drink in the bar with my kid, completely not understandable why not. - when we were finally going (without our kid) to the bar, we were not allowed to go “as all seats were taken” and we weren’t allowed to stand at the bar. We were treated really roughly without any understanding by the lady who received us. Only after making a serious issue, we were allowed to come in the bar. Finally another bartender offered us a coup for compensation. But the lady clearly didn’t understood how to treat clients in such kind of 5 star hotels and didn’t understand that simple client request will always overrule principles (e.g. “no standing on the bar”). - the terrace outside was far understaffed. We needed to wait too long for drinks and orders. - In the morning, while sun was shining, the outside terrace remained strangely closed, very weird and not understandable. - In the swimming pool there was staff, but they did not took care of cleaning the old towels and were not doing the effort making it a great place for clients like offering just water or being friendly. Anyway, great and beautiful hotel, but the sense of 5 star hospitality is not on the level as the stars and price.

This hotel is absolutely Amazing! From the moment you step into the Hotel, you feel special. The historic charm is beautifully presented while blending seamlessly with modern elegance. The staff is incredibly attentive, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable with amzing view of the Canal. It was stunning, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud! The bathroom had a luxurious feel, and the small complimentary treats made us feel truly pampered. We checked in late and tired so decided to order Room- Service, here i can not forget Mr. Raj was very professional and very helpful who delivered my order to the room. we had a chance to do some interaction and he made me feel very special and comfortable. I really love the way how he treated us. we would definatley pay another visit. Highly recommended.
