很喜歡的酒店，各方面都不錯，早餐也很好吃。唯二不足的兩點就是一忘記打掃，在入住時問了是否需要打掃，但還是沒來；二是沒有把賬單發到我郵箱，check out時説要發，過了幾天了都沒收到。

建築比較古老，比較有特色，過去不知道是什麼建築改成的酒店，房間裏有個大柱子，過道比較窄，很古老的感覺。

Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We can't comment on the food as we ate elsewhere. The hotel was conveniently located to transportation. View from the bed and room was nice. Bed was comfortable. First impression of room was negatively impacted by the condition of the carpet which was well worn as well as in need of a good vacuuming.

Beautiful historic property with friendly staff, but our stay was impacted by a long check-in delay and an AC issue. When we dropped our bags at 11 am, we were told our room had AC. Returning at 4:15 pm (check-in 2 pm), we still waited over 45 minutes after being told “10 minutes.” The room we finally received did not have AC, and with the hotel fully booked, we couldn’t switch. Fans were provided, but it wasn’t the comfortable experience we’d hoped for.

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Definitely will come again when I visit Holland.
