Didnt go as airport close due to war..ethihad flight refunded but hotel in amsterdam refused to refund due to strict protocols and policy. Mistake was to pay in advance. Should ve booked with free cancellation. Trip.com has helped in mitigating between hotel in amsterdam and myself. Again frustrating as they didn't budge to evn give credit or vouchers for future bookings. Was looking forward for my trip however unfortunately plans defer due to war and airport closure. Ty trip.com for helping .

Around 15mins walk distance from Amsterdam Central Station. A small hotel but it has all the vital organs. The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is rich and hearty

The room was a bit small, but clean and tidy. It's located by the roadside, yet surprisingly quiet at night. It's a 20-minute walk to the central station and about ten minutes to the old town, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a bit too simple 😄.

Even though it's a budget hotel, the room amenities exceeded my expectations. I'm not sure if it's because I was traveling with an elderly relative, but the room was fully equipped with fall-prevention devices, which was incredibly thoughtful. The bathroom was almost half the size of the room itself. Aside from the price, I'd happily stay here again.

Small modern hotel which was very clean and comfortable.  The staff were very welcoming and helpful.  Very nice continental breakfast and they were happy to make us a breakfast on the go bag for our early departure on our last day.  Location is good approximately 15/20 minutes walk into the centre.  I would recommend this hotel and would visit  again.

Fair location with a nice walk into the centre. Excellent breakfast which is included in the price. We paid extra for a canal view. The room we had was in the basement and very small, which was a little disappointing, especially after seeing the rooms above with full size windows.
