The reception girls are doing so good service. Friendly and always smiling. The hotel's location also very good, only 8 min. from Leidsplen, and close to tram line as well. Big room and clean. I can absolutely recomend this hotel

The location is good, easy to reach by taxi or tram, walking distance to Jordaan but the neighbourhood is not touristic, it’s a local neighbourhood with nice bars and restaurants, and charming canals to the west. Walking distance to the food hallen and vondelpark. The room was on the ground floor facing an inner garden, very quiet

Booked a small room, it was super small, every inch of land is worth a lot of money, it was quite different from the description, lived on the first floor, half underground, slept with my head above the window, I felt like pedestrians could step on my head, the breakfast was average

Overall a good stay and experience, except a very distinctive smell in a bathroom when we just moved in, like someone just used it. Property vise, you can see how the wallpaper is in a process of detaching on a ceiling and walls.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Everyone always said hello when walking through the lobby. The location is great, really lovely restaurants and shops around (Boscos is fab). Definitely recommend.
