Just returned from a lovely weekend, staying at PH23, Room P. My only negatives were the lack of hot beverages, there was a coffee machine but no coffee pods, t-bags etc, also no snacks as described in the facilities on the room description. The room is compact, spotlessly clean, warm and the bed and pillows are comfy. The steps up to the rooms are very STEEP, I struggled getting up the stairs either my cabin bag. This is an ideal place to stay if you want central but not in the thick of it. The room served its purpose for us and I would definitely stay again.

The stay at PH93 was very comfortable with clean rooms, excellent shower and nice bed. Self checkin was easy and convenient. Location is excellent just across the central station and close to most sights. Communication was easy with the host. Recommended.

We had the most positive experience at this property. It is only 5 mins walk from the train station and even though it's very central there are double glazed windows and blackout blinds so you get the best sleep. The host is extremely responsive when contacted and nothing seemed an issue. When we arrived back to our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine, card and handwritten board wishing us a happy anniversary. These hosts really know how to look after their guests. I would highly recommend. Look no further. There is nothing matching this service at such a competitive price. Nothing but 5 star from us!

Yes - the location is great and the stuff were nice when we got to meet them. No - notice that the room size isn't mentioned anywhere, that's cause it's TINY. no closets, at all. for one person - it's o.k. (but then it's not value for money) but for two adults - no way. there is no front desk, 2 rooms and the stuff is there for 2-3 hours daily, no more then that and you don't have a way to talk to them other then write to the email in booking (they read it and come if needed but still...) so - if you go alone and willing to pay the price, it's nice.

It was a great stay here. The location was very convenient and close to the CENTRAL station. Of course, the room room was clean and well maintained. Especially, I love how they prepare candies as other nice hotels do. I ate them for my late night snack. It was worth to stay here.

The pros very close to train station. Owner very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom clean and functional. The downside and it’s a big one if you sleep past 7am is the construction directly outside your room, bring earplugs and even then it’s too much noise with back hoes digging and trucks beeping backing up starting at sunrise. It is not the owners fault at all but you should know you will not rest easy once sun is up only because of constant noise. The stairs for anyone with mobility issues are very steep- this is typical for Amsterdam tho on a second story flat but just fyi I would stay here again if i confirmed the construction is complete but doubt that will be this year

What more to say other than PERFECT! If you’re looking for a room for a couple in a perfect location in Amsterdam, then look no further. Excellent communications from the host and from Stepany while we were there. It couldn’t be easier from the airport with one 15 minute train to centraal station and then a short walk to the front door. Room is lovely, shower is incredible and snacks, beers and soft drinks in the fridge ( which get replaced!!) is a lovely touch. Stairs are steep but unless you have mobility issues are fine. Stayed for two nights. Honestly couldn’t have been better. Warm room and so lovely to come back to a message and some wine wishing my wife happy birthday! Most unexpected and shows how much they care. One of the easiest recommendations I’ll ever make!! Thanks for a lovely visit. Without doubt I’ll recommend to any of my friends visiting to stay.

Par où commencer… Déjà la localité, en face de la gare Centrale, à proximité du centre et des différentes activités. Malgré cela nous ne sommes pas incommodés par les nuisances sonores la nuit. A notre arrivée l’accueil est fait par une personne très aimable et à l’écoute, un petit livret d’accueil nous est remis afin de nous aiguiller dans la ville. La propreté de la chambre est parfaite. Le ménage et le lit est fait chaque jour. Le mini bar est à disposition et rempli quotidiennement. Que de petites attentions mais qui font grandement la différence. Je vous conseil ce lieu d’hébergement qui vous permettra de passer un excellent séjour à Amsterdam Allez-y les yeux fermés
