Was an excellent stay. Perfect hospitality and nice ambience. Love the Greener Stay vouchers that I exchanged for drinks. 👏 ♻️ location is great - right next to the Bijlmer Arena station. There’s a super market nearby for water, snacks, sandwiches, and more. Nothing to complain to be honest. Had a long stay so got a tad used to the breakfast options… but breakfast options are good 👍 Will stay again 👍

This hotel is a Hampton by Hilton, conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the train station. There are also a few Chinese restaurants nearby, and a park is about a ten-minute walk away. The surroundings are quite nice!

During our stay, we found bed bugs in the bed, which caused bites and significant discomfort. We informed the receptionist the day before checkout and requested cleaning. However, by 5:00 pm, no cleaning had been done, so we decided to cancel the cleaning. The next morning, we showed the reception a video of the bugs. This situation affected our trip significantly, and we have more than 10 bites in total.

Centrally located, parking service though very expensive (€40 per day), they're is no covered path from the parking lot to the hotel, it's an issue when it is raining, next to a big station though we don't use it, supermarkets within walking distance, lots of restaurants nearby giving us a lot of choices. Breakfast average, not much variety of food.

During my stay in room 210, I encountered an issue with the bathroom’s water drain, which had a minor blockage in the pipe, resulting in a slow water flow. Additionally, I noticed that the elevator appeared to be old, The mechanic’s voice indicated that the elevator was rough, which raised concerns about its safety. especially lift number one, on the very left side if we face the 3 lifts
