It’s a very pleasant experience staying with the Muse Hotel. The counter staff - Teethor was extremely helpful and friendly. I particularly appreciate him for letting me check in earlier and helping me with checking the room details. The room was very clean, with everything I needed. What I loved was past of the window can be opened a bit— to let fresh air in, good circulation in the room. The location is great as the bus stop is about 2mins walking distance , from where one can take bus 12 to the main tourist sites including the Royal Palace, Old Church and Central station etc. And one can take direct bus 397 from the airport to the hotel. In addition, the cat at the hotel is cute and quiet. Highly recommend the hotel to visitors who’d visit Amsterdam.

Great hotel and helpful staff, hotel is located conviently within walking distance of city center

A tidy hotel room - slightly small, but totally fine for a night or two. Great location and close to public transport or 30minutes walk downtown.

Small, but comfortable and clean room. Quiet. Magda was the receptionist when we arrived and she was helpful and lovely. We stayed two nights. Parking was not nearby and it was expensive. WiFi good. Free coffee was very good with nice eating area in the back.

What a lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff all so helpful and friendly. Free coffee and great selection of teas available downstairs at all times and a nice garden to sit in. Great location really close to the museums and lots of restaurants close by. Quiet and chill location, which is what I wanted away from the craziness of the central area, but still a quick 10 min tram or 20 min walk to the centre. Tram stop very close by. Definitely recommend.

The place is perfectly convenient and also the front desk is very hospitable and nice. One thing is the beds are too small. But still not a problem for me. You can have a free coffee after 12nn.

It was a perfect location for my needs, walking distance from Van Gogh and bar streets. Nothing fancy but would surely come back.

Absolutely wonderful, the best hotel I stayed in in Amsterdam. Wonderful staff who were very accommodating, free drinks and snacks in the room, a bathtub and hair dryer, and even a decent view. Location is good, you can use the tram to get anywhere for cheap. The staff held onto my bags after checkout for no charge. My only complaint is that I booked a room with one bed, but they pushed two little ones together.

It's not in the center but it close to everything Complimentary water, coffee and bakery are great

The service was great. The room was small but just what I needed. It was clean and a perfect location to walk to museums . Close to public transportation, too

A really friendly place, comfortable and in a decent spot. The staff were really helpful in every way, going the extra mile to ensure I was looked after. The hotel is good quality, offering a decent breakfast too. The hotel has a great restaurant across the road and there is a tram stop next to the hotel which allows you to get out and about anywhere around Amsterdam with ease. Would definitely book again.

Good and clean!

I am very satisfied with the room. The owner is patient and the cat is very cute. I like the pace of life in the Netherlands. The location is also very good, right next to the museum. I can store my luggage for free, which is particularly good this time.
