Fletcher Hotel Amsterdam

The hotel was generally okay for a short stay, but there were a few things that could have been better. The location is not very convenient if you don’t have a car and parking is an additional daily cost, which was a bit disappointing considering it’s a hotel parking facility. The room itself was not exceptionally clean. The bed, at least, was clean, which was good. We also expected the room to have a mini fridge like many, but there wasn’t one. There were only two bath towels provided, with no additional hand towels or smaller towels, which felt a little limited compared to what you would normally expect from a hotel. At the front desk, there was only one staff member working, which resulted in a long queue at times. Unfortunately, the staff member also came across as a little unfriendly and not particularly welcoming. Overall, it was fine for a short stay, but there are definitely a few areas where the hotel could improve on.
