Reviews of Hotel Amsterdam Inn

The hotel has one of the best locations possible right next to Leidsplein which is central Amsterdam, it has many restaurants, bars and commercial centres. Great transport links to other areas too, and it has the perfect mix of quiet nights to sleep and busy lively areas to do things by walking 10 mins in any direction.

There is no elevator, so I took the stairs to take my suitcase to the 4th floor. My neighbor kept smoking ********* and making a lot of noise at night. The sound insulation of the hotel itself is very poor. When a room on any floor is closed, the whole hotel can feel the vibration.

Location is not bad near tram station. Stairs is too high and narrow. Need to go downstairs to smoke everytime. Beds and bath are not comfortable. Reception stuff is best at the hotel helped a lot.

Super uncomfortable, unwelcoming staff, plus there are bedbugs, take precautions if you go there.

Fantastic stay! Clean and comfortable room, welcoming and always available staff. The location is ideal and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

The room is small, the capsule coffee machine doesn't work well, and the stairs are high and narrow, but the guy on duty at the front desk at night is really nice!
