Yays Amsterdam Prince Island by Numa

There was excellent stay. Numa is excellent, we thank you for the service and space. Quite refurshibed, new, everything simple but nice, working etc. I have also reserved Numa for other city after that stay. I strong recommend.

There is no front desk so dealing with AI. Room wasn’t Ready when promised. Someone walked in after we were there with a PIN code that worked on our door (and that person was supposedly a guest). TV remote had no battery and it took over a day to replace it, furniture scraping upstairs in the middle of the night. Not a good experience overall. ubfortunalrelyunfortunately.replace i

Very clean, nice design, great location! Close enough to the centre for ease and far enough away for quiet!…. Only criticism is loads of coffee pods for the machine but not many milk!

Apartment was clean and had adequate amenities. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Area was quiet but you can hear others staying above and next to you. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable but overall a nice stay.

Room was not ready when we arrived. Relocated to new room. Bathroom light not working. Single beds very small and noisy. Noticeable noise from room above. 15 minute walk to Anne Frank House.

Amazing vintage shops and cafes nearby, in a fabulous street that takes you to the city centre in a 15 minute walk. This was a lovely characterful part of Amsterdam that we enjoyed much more than the larger tourist areas. The flat was nicely presented, basic but comfortable. The proximity to the local shops and Central Amsterdam was great.

The property charges an additional city tax to your stay that was completely undisclosed before you book the room. For three nights, I paid an additional $166. in addition, my check in that was guaranteed by ******* for 3pm was changed to 430pm by YAYS stating they had to modify due to unforeseen circumstances. Even as they changed it to 430pm, the room was still not ready. They offered 10% off the first night which was pretty minimal considering the service failures were completely on their end. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The charges that weren’t disclosed before you booked the room just isn’t good business at all!

The place is clean and convenient. It’s ok they don’t clean a d make the bed daily. However they also dont change the towels daily.
