The staff were friendly and there was free luggage storage to enable you to explore the city for longer. Easy access from the station

Disappointed as soon as I got in the room, there is this moldy smell as you get in the room which you somewhat get used to as the hours passed. My sheet and pillow case had stains and hair. The nice staff was able to change it for me. Thank you. The room is small but you only get to stay there anyway at night as you are busy exploring the country in the day. All the staff are polite. There is also a smell of wee as you enter the reception from outside. Sorry but I really smelt it that way. I hope that there is also a decaf coffee. The company should rip offthat old dirty carpets everywhere in the hallways. Will not stay there again.

Wonderful service from hotel staff and great location. Just 5-min walk from the train and metro station.  However, my room type is a bit weird with a space that connects the window from the room above, It is super disturbing when people turn on the lights which would literally wake me up. There is noise regularly from every 15 mins.

Location was excellent and I liked the view as well. I wish the window wasn’t locked, but I guess it’s for safety reasons. I didn’t like the shower close to the toilet, basically the whole bathroom floor got wet after I took a shower and it remained wet for the entire time I stayed there. There should be a glass wall or something to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom.

Excellent location. It’s very close to the Central station and sightseeing however, the rooms are too small. There is no lift for one side of the hotel. The room service is not great, and we didn’t have any hands soap for three days. Overall, can be considered a modest option having the location in mind.
