It’s a nice hotel with nice lounge area, good coffee. People hanging around in the lounge with coffee and laptop. Also good location for going to city center or to the airpory

It was convenient and close to transport. About 20mins to get to Amsterdam Central. There are many amenities provided like different games and the gym. Rooms are smaller than expected though.

A nice place to stay and to socialize.. But needed to travel around 20 mins to central and its bar closes around 19:30 so have to walk around to find any pubs to drink anything which there is only 1 in 5 minutes walk range.

nice hotel with harmonious environment, but the cleaning was awful and the drainage system in the shower area was also broken, so the water flows out everywhere, even in the bedroom area. I reported this problem but no one came up to check it.

Love the energy and vibe of this place The front desk is so helpful and so knowledgable The breakfasts are such a wonderful way to start your day The rooms are clean though they did have some plumbing issues ( the water from the flush tank kept running ) but these are quick fixes I would definitely come back here again Yours Ryan

Awesome service

They don't have the time to makeup the room and when you will ask for the complimentry water or bathroom slippers in the reception then they will ask you to come next day to check as currently everything is out of stock. Telephone in the room is a showpiece which doesn't work and you need to go to the reception everytime. Electric kettle is faulty and you have to hold the switch to make it working. When you'll wake up in the morning then you'll find there is no electricity in your room and when you complaint it to the reception then there duty manager is like ok please wait our technician will come later as it's still too early and you are like why the **** I'm living here. So, better to find some other hotel which have better basic services.

The service is in place, the equipment is complete, and the location is very good. It takes 20 minutes to get to the Central Railway Station, 10 minutes to the North Station, and there are subways and trams just outside.

The public area of ​​the hotel is good, the room size is a bit cramped, and the hotel is just outside the subway station.
