Di-Ann City Centre Hotel

The pictures on trip.com make look this hotel beautiful, even chic, but is horrible. The rooms are small and they would need a great renovation.

I had a pleasant stay at the Hotel, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, not the biggest of rooms but seeing that I travelled on my own it was perfect. Very enjoyable seat and would definitely book here again.

Very disappointing experience. The photos online were clearly misleading and did not reflect the condition of the room we were given. The room itself was dirty, the bed was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom looked like it was falling apart. It felt poorly maintained and not what we expected based on the listing. Because of this, we decided to check out early. When we went to the front desk, the staff member asked why we were leaving, so we explained that the room was not as described. Instead of responding professionally, he snatched the key from us and told us to leave, which felt very rude and dismissive. Overall, the room quality and the way the situation was handled were very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here based on our experience. If I could give it 0 I would.

Very nice location. The counter lady was very nice and helpful. Balcony was nice for relaxing.i just want to say please put heating in all rooms. It was so cold and and there was no heating in my room. And quilt was a little bit smaller than usually we use to.

The hotel’s location is very good, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. However, the stay was affected by some issues. The heater was not working, which made the room uncomfortable, and the TV was damaged and unusable. With better room maintenance, the hotel could offer a much better experience.

Great location, basic but clean. Room has a balcony which is handy as the stairs are typical of Amsterdam. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

If you want a workout before staying this is a must visit the stairs are a nice way to stretch the legs before a busy day traveling we booked the balcony room and was a nice touch to the stay could do with some finishing details proper coffee machine and tables but if u want just a place to stay and balcony to chill out in this is a ideal spot and fairly cheap stay. Was perfect for what we needed and slept like a long all night
