NH Amsterdam Zuid

The hotel only provides two single bed for us, and the location are not that convenient to the city, overall is not too bad.

The hotel room is quite spacious and bright. We found it quite comfortable. The bathroom is clean too. Unfortunately the location is not so convenient. Need to take the bus to Metro Station (Amsterdam Zuid) so as to go to Amsterdam Central for further connection to other tourist spots such as Van Gogh Museum. The bus service during weekdays are more frequent but as we stayed during May 16 (Sat) and 17 (Sun), we may need to wait for 30 minutes.

Stayed at NH Amsterdam Zuid and it was a really comfortable and convenient choice, especially for getting around the city. One of the biggest advantages is its proximity to nearby bus and tram stops, making it super easy to access central Amsterdam and other areas without hassle. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a modern feel. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was set up for a relaxing stay after a full day out. It’s also noticeably quieter than staying in the busy city center, which made a big difference for a good night’s sleep. Service was smooth and professional—the staff were welcoming and efficient during check-in and throughout the stay. Facilities were solid as well, with everything you’d expect from a reliable hotel. Overall, NH Amsterdam Zuid is a great option if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with easy transport connections into the city. A practical and comfortable base for exploring Amsterdam.

We stayed at NH Amsterdam Zuid and had an overall very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Schiphol Airport, which makes it ideal for travellers on a stopover. While it is a bit further out from the city centre, the hotel is in a peaceful neighbourhood, offering a nice break from the hustle and bustle. There is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel, and the nearest tram stop is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Amsterdam Zuid is the closest train station and can be reached directly from the airport. It also offers quick and easy access to the city. We had both a twin room and a king room. Both were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our booking and offered a good variety of options. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay. Housekeeping, including towel changes and room cleaning, is available on request, which suited us well. A lovely touch was when the team noticed it was my dad’s birthday and surprised him with some chocolates and a birthday greeting. It was a very thoughtful gesture. Overall, this was a great stay. I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a quieter location that still has convenient transport links to the city and the airport, along with good value for money.

Love the room and service!! The bus stop is in front of the hotel, so convenient. Definitely coming back again !!

Staff were polite and the breakfast 😋 was very good. Would be staying there again ... I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Amsterdam

They did not link my stay to Platinum membership. Even though they have created new membership account without asking me. As a platinum member they should upgrade my room to king size and offer al-least 2 drinks from the mini-bar and 1 water bottle every day. No coffee machine No water bottle No mini bar

The room was okay, the breakfast buffet was good. It's a bit difficult to move around by public transport, there was only one bus than come every 20-30min next to the hotel.
