The room was kind of clean but there was a dead bug on the floor when we first walked in. The parking situation was ok. It does get filled quickly so they double park cars. There is also no room service available at the moment.

Within 10 minutes by car to Disneyland. Refrigerator tv iron microwave hair dryer dining table 2 chairs 2 lamps 3 wall lamps. It's a good place to stay to visit with family. At 9:30, you can always hear the firecrackers, but it seems to be heard in all nearby accommodations. If you want to walk to Disney, you need to find a place closer. Not bad accommodation.

Good clean room at great price. Walkable to Disneyland. Thin walls and ceilings. I had kids running around above me for about 5 hours, but I'm sure that they were enjoying themselves.
