I expected a budget motel, but I was not prepared for this level of uncleanliness, unprofessionalism, and overall neglect. There was quite a bit of rain and having been out in it at Disneyland all day we were wet and cold. The heater gave off a terrible rotten smell and when I called and requested an additional blanket the man laughed and told me “no” and hung up. I was brought one the next morning. I checked in on sunday and the bed was not made or trash emptied until Wednesday after multiple requests. All maid service did was replace towels, and one day they didn’t come at all. The bathtub had no stopper so I wasnt able to give my daughter a bath during my whole five day stay. There were no hangers to hang anything and the drawers and furniture were disgusting. The blanket had a cigarette burn, as did the second blanket they finally gave us. The whole room smelled like stale cigarette smoke which, alongside the weird smell from the heater (?) begun to affect my asthmatic daughter by the time we checked out. I wish we would have left, but with the terrible weather and busy area near Disneyland I was unable to find other accommodations on short notice. Upon sweeping the room at checkout for any dropped or misplaced items my daughter found (and picked up) a poison trap for cockroaches. They began calling the room 30 minutes before checkout asking us to leave, and although my room was right next to the office and they could see me loading my mobility scooter (because I am disabled!) and luggage etc into my car they continued calling my room over and over. The bed was terrible and you could feel he springs through the mattress The room was disgusting - bathtub/shower was dirty, the walls were dirty and splashed with who knows what, the furniture was falling apart. And these are all secondary issues. I normally would expect a budget motel to be a little shabby and not incredibly comfortable but this was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This hotel is in close proximity to Disneyland and markets to families - this level of uncleanliness is completely unacceptable and the lack of responsiveness to any and all concerns was so rude and unprofessional. Don’t stay here, especially if you’re bringing your kids.

The staff were pleasant and very friendly. The room was a no frills type room. While it had a really nice bathroom. And the bedroom had a mini fridge and a microwave. It didn't have a dresser. It did have a tv with cable.I ordered a room with a king size bed, and got a room with one queen size bed. And a headboard left on the wall where the second queen had once been. It gave the room a spacious feeling. Despite being the wrong size bed, I didn't complain. I'm not more than. 6' like some people that need a king size bed. Anf at the end of the day, it's just a place to sleep and get a shower. It was a comfortable sleep. And despite being on the corner wasn't as quiet as I had hoped. But it's a motel. Non-smoking rooms available. There is a pool. I didn't check it out though I was too tired my first day, and too busy the next. If you don't require much, this might be for you. The price is right and the location is prime.

The blankets had cigarette burns in them. Other than that an easy walk to Disney land.. Nice desk people. Office Opens at 8am.

Great room not to far from park. Lots of nearby stores and food places. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower for the price and location this is great.

The room smelt musty with a hint of urine. Only half the lights worked. The decor was dated and the painting looked like a toddler had done it. There was no iron board or iron, hair dryer, jug, or microwave. The bed was an old spring mattress and was extremely uncomfortable. There was only a sheet and a sheet-type cover, no additional blankets in the bedroom (it was the end of November - so it was very cold around 2 am); the room did have a heater - when turned on, it sounded like there were 2 commercial dryers in the bedroom. The shower literally takes over 5 minutes to heat up, and you would get more pressure from an abandoned building hose. They have signs to put on the door for service, we put a sign-out but no one came (we needed fresh towels), went down to reception and they said no cleaner today, we said we wanted some fresh towels (as per the sign on the door) we got some fresh towels (which the owners could have done, they didn't need the cleaner to have done this). The good thing about this hotel is that it is within walking distances to Disney Land - was it worth staying in this hotel for though . . . NO!, there were other accommodations that were slightly more expensive by approx $10-$30 per night more that would have been worth spending the extra money on. If you have a family with kids, please do not book here. I wish I read more current reviews prior to booking.

The Anaheim Convention and Exhibition Center is very close and can be walked. Disney/or the location is very good for meetings. For other requirements of the motel, don’t have too high expectations😄

Location = 5/5 Decor = 1/5 Minimal is a generous description. No storage and the chairs are clinical at best. Shower = 2/5 utilitarian shower head, but hot water is responsive and plentiful. Towels and bedding = 4/5 utilitarian, but clean Bed = 1/5. Bed is HARD not firm; 1 step above sleeping on the floor. Staff: 5/5 kind.
