I ordered a mountain view room, but I only saw the roof and a little mountain peak. There was a house on the opposite side that blocked the view. There was no need to waste that money for a mountain view room. Because you go out and see it everywhere. The sanitation is average, not very good or bad, but ok for a dog-friendly hotel.

The lady at the front desk was rude, she seemed bothered that she had to get up and assist me, she did let me check in early at first she wasn’t going to let me so I asked if she can store my bags till we checked in? She didn’t want to do that so she checked me in but was not happy . Her body language and the look on her face makes me never want to stay there again.

Good stay. I did not see what some of the lower reviews saw. Decor in rooms is a bit dated but in good condition. I would stay again.

The only thing is that some rooms or my room had little bits of cracking around the edge of the jacuzzi in the room and a little bit of wear and tire but just need to get those parts together. But overall just miner things to fix and also a little peeling patch on the ceiling.

Numerous stains to carpeted areas especially outside the 3rd floor elevator. The orange chair outside the elevator has a recent stain and the carpets there should be replaced. This is not to reflect staff as you can only clean something that should be replaced so much. I will choose another hotel next time.

We stayed 2 nights at the property, once before and once after our trip to Denali. Shuttle was perfect to and from airport and train station, and driver very helpful with luggage and scheduling. Staff recommendation for lunch was great and there were 3 restaurants within a block to walk to. Helpful, friendly people everywhere.
