we request change the at first room,then they offer us the accessible room ,but the second day it is flood wheni take the shower. Then move us to the third room

The geographical position is superior, close to the railway station, right in the city center, easy to go there. The breakfast was good. The disadvantage is that it is not too old, the toilet is blocked, but fortunately, the room is noisy, not the quietest. The price/performance ratio is not high, which is detrimental to Hilton's signature.

Location is great. Feels safe to walk around. Waking distance to many restaurants and bars.
Staff is very nice and friendly. Room is clean. Aubrielle is one of the best.

Slight issue with the radiator making some noise and even though it was a bit late when I checked in maintenance was very prompt to take care of it.

I have stayed at the Anchorage Hilton before, and I will say that my experience this trip was better than my previous experiences. Similar to what other reviewers have said, the hotel is definitely older and not as updated as other Hiltons. The rooms we had were fine, but they were not modern or luxurious. One room had water that took a long time to get warm (not hot) and one room the fan/heater ran constantly but the room temperature did not change.
I think the hotel was overall better due to it not being peak tourist season but it does still have room for improvement.

Rooms very small, we had no hit water, tap on sink broken. Short staffed for checkin. I wouldn’t stay there again
