The worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed in and probably the worst of all Hiltons in the chain. It does not even qualify as a 2-star hotel and I paid US$580/night!
I accept that it was a busy time due to many cruises disembarking during those 2 days, but Hilton was charging more than most hotels when their standards are way below par!
Like many others, I booked at the high price because it’s Hilton and I expected it’s of 5-star standard. So, this is a very poor hotel disguised as a Hilton and charging Hilton prices, conning innocent customers who believed in the Hilton brand! I can understand they wanted to take advantage of the demand situation but, at least be ethical enough to price it according to the standard of the hotel and not the name!!!

The location is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shops around, it's right outside the station, and it takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. The hotel has a good view of the snow-capped mountains from the upper floors, and the breakfast is simple but enough.
