Not what I'm used to but they're doing great with what they have. Make sure you read what you're getting. Other than that. The service is great and everything else is good.

Thank goodness we had a private bathroom, as after meeting some of the other guests, we wouldn't have wanted to share. Shared kitchen facilities lend a hostel type atmosphere which is fine, but seems to encourage long term residents. Our room was filthy on arrival, but at least the bed was clean. They did jump on to trying to rectify it. Shower was the highlight; really really good. Domino's across the road and Walmart (and other good shops) in the vicinity. Room had no ventilation and became very stuffy, and very noisy from next door and above.We wouldn't choose to stay here again.

I don't understand how this place has so many good reviews because this place was absolutely terrible. And when the inn keeper asked how my stay was I said it wasn't good and she was like "that's surprising, everyone loves it here because it's cheap and quiet" it is definitely not quiet one bit. Constantly slamming and yelling from her "workers". Sketchy people walk around the building at night and someone was doing weird things outside my window all night. There is NO bathroom in your room at all. You have to walk down the hall to nasty uncleaned shared bathrooms and showers. There's loose hanging electrical wires everywhere, cracks in the foundation everywhere. The wall plugs in my room doesn't have a cover and is just left exposed. There's a crack in my door that lets me see into the hall and just anyone can peek through. My drawers in my room have no bottoms, what's the point of a dresser? The mattress was so old and disgusting and had holes and really nasty stains on it. My sheet had crusty white stuff on it. My room also smelt terrible up on arrival. There's no control of the heat so you just get to burn up in your room, the window has no screen on it and it's right next to the stairs so anyone could just crawl into your room through the window. Do not waste your money on this place, it may be cheap but it's definitely not worth staying here, I was stressed out and scared for my life staying at this inn.

The staff member was friendly and showed us to our room. Inside the room, noise could easily be heard from other tenants in adjoining rooms. Property was ok for the price.

Pictures are very deceiving. Not a convenient location to downtown, price is similar to properties downtown but in much worse shape. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The common shared bathroom with the room I had was smelled of mould and dirty. The light picture or the sink in the room had a short and thermostat didn't work so I was hot all night long. Had to open the window.

Close to the airport, budget friendly, and clean comfy rooms. Would stay here again for the convenience. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. Overall great stay here. To note, it is in midtown, and there were less walkable dining options compared to other areas, though Moose’s tooth is nearby and a great option for a bite.
