The room provides utensils and cooking space. The only drawback is that the room was not cleaned in the middle of my stay for two days. The hotel breakfast is really average. There is no need to buy it separately. The staff is very enthusiastic.

It was stated that there is an airport shuttle bus, so I made a reservation, but there was no airport shuttle. In the end, I called a lift and moved it. Please note. The price included breakfast, but the breakfast was very simple, so I didn't feel much merit. Rather, the advantage is that it is very close to the airport (10 minutes by car) and there are very good Vietnamese restaurants around. It is difficult to recommend as the price-to-quality ratio is low.

The manager Lucas and his staff were kind, considerate and personable. Our reserved room was not available on the first of 7 nights and we had a minor maintenance issue. They handled the issues promptly. Breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast hostess was super helpful.

My family and I absolutely love staying here when we come to town. The staff is always friendly, breakfast is amazing, rooms are clean and comfortable. I also love the extra steps they take to make it more secure!

Property was a good value for the money paid. Staff was good. The man and older woman who worked nights and or late evenings were the best. We are familiar with the city and knew we’d get Lyfts to/ feel m our favorite downtown restaurants and shops. Room was clean and comfortable.
