Room was clean and simple, but efficient. Breakfast fairly expensive (19 euros) and unfortunately on my visit the staff was busy, so it was hard to get cutlery and plates. Receptionists were lovely and always tried to help the kitchen staff. Great location overall, especially if you're coming with Eurostar into Gare du Midi

Everything was great except the airconditioner that we could not regulate. My husband enjoyed it but for me it was too chilly. Other than that we had a great time there and would love to return.

Around 5mins walk from Brussel-Midi station, it's quite convenient if you take trains to nearby cities frequently - though the neighhood is pretty shady, doesn't feel safe if you are travelling solo. Room price doesn't include cleaning service (only for changing sheets and towels), be prepared to be charged extra if you want your room cleaned daily for a longer stay. During my whole stay the wifi is down, which is very frustrating when you do expect internet access in your hotel to have scheduled work and personal calls. I've brought this matter to the staff multiple times and was basically getting brushed off and said there is nothing they can do but to wait. I would understand if it is a temporary issue but for around a week the lack of action and alternate solutions is just very disappointing, not to mention I have to pay extra everyday for my data plan because no one can tell when will the wifi be restored (or never in this case)

Just near the station

An apartment that has everything you need - even for cooking smaller dishes. Towel changes everyday, and friendly staff. However, the location is a bit tricky. Close to the train station but 30minutes walk to the city (passing neighborhoods I wouldn’t walk in by myself in the dark).

Nice hotel and near to station

The location is very good. It's close to the station. There is also a direct train to the airport. There is a supermarket nearby within a 10-minute walk. Many people say that the security is not very good, but I feel that the accommodation is not bad these days. There is a limited supply of Belgian waffles or croissants in the hotel lobby every day. , the room is clean and tidy, there is a small kitchen for cooking, all pots and pans are available, it is highly recommended

There are no slippers in the bathroom. There is no door to the shower room.

The hotel is more than 400 meters away from Brussels South Train Station. It is located in a residential area. The surrounding environment is relatively busy, but it is very convenient to the train station. The room is large and the furniture configurations are quite new. The hotel staff is warm, proactive and thoughtful. I will return to Brussels on my return trip. It is a hotel worth staying in again.
