It was old, not well-maintained, and in a downtown-like location. There were black homeless people around, so it felt unsafe. Breakfast wasn't available, even for a fee. I had to walk 10 minutes to get to the station. The price seemed cheap, but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Visiting Brussels for a concert at the Cirque Royal, we found this hotel to be good value for money. Public transportation is nearby, allowing you to reach the city center or even on foot. Hotel parking is available. Friendly staff; we'll be back.
