This is very good hotel. Good location. Very reasonable price and good design. Strongly recommend.

stayed for 3nights. breakfast no variation. the reception could be more helpful and friendly. the cleaning personnel could be more meticulous, there were insufficient hand soap and bath shower on the second night. the complimentary bottled water only available upon arrival, should provide through the stay. the smart tv was useful to entertain my mum from crave for korean drama. overall experience ok.

Lovely hotel close to the Brussels Zuni’s/midi train station. Short walk to the Centre of city. Spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend. Absolutely no negatives

It was a shame that we didn’t have a chance to stay due to the train strike that affected the Munich to Brussels journey and we were stranded in Frankfurt. Trip.com was helpful and trying their best to negotiate with the hotel, however, hotel wasn’t responsive about good will cancellation. I don’t blame them on the forfeit but something that they really should consider helping travellers as train strike and major delay is quite often in Europe

The room was clean and modern. A little small, but had what you need. The hotel is tugged away in a side street very close to the midi train station. Convenient and quiet at the same time

Overall I was very satisfied! First of all, the room was very clean, and the toilet and shower booth were also clean. The amenities were sufficient for one night, but those staying multiple nights may find some things lacking. There is no mini-fridge in the room. Also no toothbrushes or glass cups. However, there were four free bottles of water, a Nespresso machine, tea bags, and the hotel's paper cups. It was conveniently located within walking distance of Minami Station and close to the main tourist attractions.

Okay, the last time the elevator broke down, it was very tiring to carry the suitcase down the stairs.

The room is a bit small for 3 people but clean and tidy Many hotels in Europe now have kettles, but this one does not Probably because it is close to the train station, the surrounding environment can only be said to be okay, and it is very close to the main attractions

The room is good, but the square in front of the hotel is full of illegal immigrants and homeless people. I was robbed 30 meters from the square in front of the hotel. My watch was robbed and I was bitten. It was a very bad experience. The hotel should remind me of the robbery targeting foreign tourists , but this hotel obviously did not remind. Will never stay here again.

This hotel is right next to Brussels South Station, very convenient. The hotel environment is very good, the front desk is warm. Will live again next time.
