Bes bugs in the room. All the hotel is infected since a long time since there’s reviews in tripadvisor from 2020 about bed bugs. Had to change hotel.

Shame for this hotel very disappointed and dirty rooms

What an absolute disgrace. No chance this should be called a hotel. Bed bugs, cockroaches, dirty bed linen and so many more nasty surprises. The receptionist was amazed when we refused the offer of a different room. No chance we could spend more than 10 minutes in the room. So had to book a different hotel spur of the moment. They hotel have refused a refund so we will be taking this further.

don't even dare to put a step in this hotel. Never saw such a place in my life and i have done a lot of hotels. Distugsting and dangerous surroundings. The rooms are not clean at all. Sleeping on a bench in the street might be a better option. How is this even running?

I stayed at Hotel Aviation in Brussels for just 3.5 hours, and it was a complete disaster. **As a pregnant woman**, I was horrified to discover that I had been **bitten by bedbugs** during my short time there. This poses an **extreme health risk**, and the lack of responsibility from the hotel is appalling. The room was **filthy**, with stains on the floor and **wet marks everywhere**. The towels didn’t even look fresh, despite the receptionist running upstairs to check the room before my stay. The bathroom was a nightmare: it was **incredibly dirty**, the toilet wouldn’t flush, there was a **leaking ceiling**, stains on the sink, and the toilet paper was of the worst quality. This place is **unsafe and unacceptable**. If you care about your health, stay away from this hotel. **Completely irresponsible.**

This place is a tourist trap. The hotel was a complete nightmare. We booked for three nights but only stayed one (with no refunds), and they didn't even seem surprised. The room smelled like pee, and the shower and toilet were disgusting. The room was obviously not cleaned well, and the bed and sheets had a bad smell. The noise levels were unbearable ( we couldn’t sleep).The walls and doors were gross to touch ( see the photos). The area felt unsafe, and the room door didn’t even have a proper lock. To top it off, the photos on the Booking were completely misleading and did not represent the actual state of this awful hotel. Please please do not book this place.
