This review is not for the hotel...i was unable to make my reserved night, and called hoping to get it on a different night and was told no we cant help you...Trip.com you guys will never have my business or recommendation all you did was take my money and offer nothing in return....Hotwire or ******* would have been a better choice

Overall, the stay was satisfactory for a brief trip. Its proximity to the freeway is a convenient aspect. However, the beds were notably firm, comparable to sleeping on a hard surface. The shower water temperature was not very warm, leaning more towards room temperature. Additionally, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door rather assertively at 9:20 in the morning to inquire about check-out.

Due to medical issues I reserved a specific room for three nights. When we checked in the first night they didn’t have the room I booked. They put us in a room with less quality than Motel 6. The security lock on the door was a plastic tie wrap and broken plumbing fixtures. The next morning they said they could put us in the room I had originally booked, but wouldn’t be available until that afternoon. This room was very substandard, dirty shower floor, broken fixtures on the tub. I paid ******* for three nights. We stayed two nights because this place is so bad. I tried to get my money back from the hotel but they said I had to get reimbursed from *******. Now I have to deal with that.

Courteous staff at check in and check out. This is an older hotel with some deferred maintenence (toilet paper holder appeared to have been ripped from the wall and was sitting on the back of the toilet), but otherwise clean. Contintal breakfast was bare minimum, but the area was clean.

The room was terrible, we only stayed for one night and they would not refund the rest of our stay which was almost $400. The bathroom was filthy and smelled like mold. The location was shady the staff unprofessional and the furniture in the room was literally torn up like someone got attacked in there. The only reason we stayed that night was bc we got there so late we had no other choice. Save your hard earned money and time and go literally anywhere else.

A card key is required to get into the pool. Why in the world is the time limited to 8am to 9pm??? Why isn’t it available 24/7 ??? Minimum should be 6am to 10pm!! The tv in the room is mounted in such a way, I could not use the HDMI PORT. The pool hours and the TV is highly irritating! Won’t stay at Best Western again.

The room was very clean and overall in decent condition. The carpet throughout is obviously very old and has a smell to it and the fixtures could use updated like the toilet paper holder just drops the toilet paper on the floor.
