The location is excellent, close to the pedestrian street, one intersection away, but not too noisy.

Great staff, comfortable bed and plentiful hot water. But the hotel is falling to bits; the corridor carpets have mold from where water gets in and the traffic noise is terrible as the windows no longer fit. WiFi was practically non-existent. Sadly plenty of much better hotels for the same money near by.
