Awful. I booked the presidential suite and I got nothing worthy of that title. The reception staff were appalling. No room service. No mini bar. No hotel information. Terrible breakfast Coffee and tea limited to two servings per day. The security/door staff were fantastic Avoid at all cost.

Hotel appears to be substantially empty and renovation work was underway. However, my stay was generally good. Management need to halve the volume of Music from Level 9 bar and stop music at 1am not 6:28am - meaning I got no sleep one night, that ruined my following day and forced me to check out just after midnight on Sunday morning, so I could drive back to my home in Manila and get a decent night sleep.

I stayed just one night and didn't get to experience the amenities. Everything else from the staff to the room was outstanding. I would book this hotel my next visit.

The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The room and toilet was very very clean. The breakfast was nice and delicious. The front desk people were the best! The nearby bars were loud until midnight.

If you are looking for a place to crash that is near bars and other places to eat this is a good spot however the customer service is terrible also the room is not what you will expect for a $100+ room rate. The restroom has a pungent smell. Also elevator is not working, I booked an executive suite but they put me on the floor where the elevator is not working. Overall, I will NOT recommend this hotel.

It’s unusual for me to write a review whilst actually in the hotel, however I feel that I must. Extremely disappointed and disappointing. Booked the presidential suite. Whilst large in floor space that was all that was good about it. Certainly not worth the additional money. Limited to two sachets of coffee in the room per day. Toiletries of poor quality. TV and wifi not working Noise of chairs and tables being moved from the bar upstairs at 2 am. Breakfast extremely poor Medication taken from the breakfast table.
