My Stay was pleasant

I stayed at this hotel together with my sister and my boyfriend. If i would have the options to give 0 stars, i would've. First of all: the facilities are far from good, the soap dispencer was broken and dried up dirt came out, no soap was inside it. The shower was cold, the toilet didn't flush well & the bedding was filthy. The neighborhood was scary and had a lot of strip clubs around, cockroaches everywhere on the streets. It turned out to be the most traumatic experience of my life... because of what happened to us during the night, when we were supposed to be safe & sleeping in this 'hotel'. My sister and i slept together, because my sister already did not feel safe, alone in a room in this neighbourhood. So i left my boyfriend to sleep in his room alone. My boyfriend made the mistake to take a walk in this neighborhood in the middle of the night. I did not know he went out. In the middle of the night, the lady from the reception called us on the phone in our hotelroom. Telling us to come downstairs because supposedly my boyfriend had ordered 2 ladyboys and didn't pay them, and now they were standing in the lobby of the hotel, wanting to talk to my sister and me, and wanting to get paid. We told them we would not come down and we did not have anything to do with this. I learned, after calling my boyfriend, that he was outside indeed. After a while the receptionist and the two ladyboys were standing in front of our hotelroom door, threatening to open the door. My sister and i were very afraid. Just two girls alone in a room, with 3 people outside. They had locked my boyfriend out on the streets because they locked the front door. So he was not able to get to us aswell. My sister and i begged them to not open the door, saying we were afraid and both holding the door handle trying to stop them from coming in. We filmed this. They kept telling us to open the door and did not go away. We tried calling the police, but the call did not went through. In the end we felt like we had to pay the ladyboys, at least they would go away so we could feel safe again (they said: if you pay us, we can get transportation home, then we will go away). They went away at last when we had slipped 2000 pesos under the door. My boyfriend said he did not hire the ladyboys, but that they harrassed him on the street, and made a video of his private parts. After that they pressured him to pay (he was not even with cash, because all the cash + his creditcard was in my purse). They followed him around with a man on a motor, a third person. He tried to get away but they followed him to the hotel... where my boyfriend fled again.. because the door was locked. But the hotel receptionist took the ladyboys inside and took them to our room. This action is highly unprofessional, at the least. It is unspeakable... it was the worst experience of my life and i could not trust my own boyfriend anymore because i (still) don't know which story to believe. It cost me my relationship. But
