This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the town. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is freshly baked croissant and espresso with some cheese and meat. The rooms and beds is comfortable. They have free bikes to explore the town. We took the ferry from here and explored the region.

Amazing staff and excellent service! Very conveniently located very close to restaurants, public transport, supermarket, pharmacy and bank. Literally on Lake Maggiore - perfect for morning walks, bird watching and relaxing. Rooms are spacious and super clean - very very good hygiene standards. Breakfast service was always consistent. The best thing about the stay there (I stayed for 16 days) were the staff! They were so friendly, knowledgeable, really good with local insights and so so helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. Facilities were basic (no ac, but fan, no plug points but the lamp) & the owner appears racist. We were traveling in a group & he gave us a room each, but for no apparent reason he changed our room cards with another person in the group without asking. We didn’t think much of it until later we find out the other person got the much bigger room and he gave us a small room with a single twin. The only reason we could think of was he was discriminating against us. Not cool at all- the other person in our group also felt bad but he was not to blame

Roberto met us at the front door and was extremely helpful during our stay. We used the hotel's bikes to ride along the lake and to the castello, which was quite enjoyable. The room we stayed in was clean and well situated, quiet and peaceful. Also, the hotel is just steps from the lake itself and a 7 minute walk from the ferry station. We recommend this hotel!

Hotel non molto grande ma molto accogliente, personale molto cortese che coccola continuamente il cliente. Ottima la posizione e ottima colazione. Consiglio vivamente di provarlo. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro e dal lago. Io ci ho portato un intero gruppo organizzato e sono rimasti tutti soddisfatti. Solo le camere singole sono un po' piccole. Pulizia buona

In un’ottima posizione, ha camere molto pulite e confortevoli. Ottima la colazione con molti prodotti freschi e davvero pochi confezionati. Davvero fantastica la cortesia e la disponibilità di tutto il personale e della proprietaria. Mia figlia di sei anni era entusiasta. Grazie!

Hotel in posizione centrale ma tranquilla, pulizia impeccabile, colazione internazionale dolce e salata di qualità. Una menzione particolare al personale super gentile, sempre disponibile per prenotazione ristoranti, suggerimenti per il soggiorno ed eventuali richieste: mi sono sentita davvero a mio agio.

Posizione dell'hotel strategica in centro storico, molto pulito, personale disponibile e preparato che sa ben consigliare sia per le escursioni sia per i posti in cui andare a mangiare. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato, prenotata all'ultimo minuto, era spaziosa ma un pò buia in quanto la finestra era in un angolo e pure oscurata dall'armadio posto quasi davanti, anche l'arredamento scuro rendeva la stanza sicuramente un pò buia. In bagno purtroppo mancava il bidet. Un'ultima nota per le biciclette : C'erano solamente delle mountain bike, magari qualche city bike piuttosto che bici da donna sarebbero molto gradite.

Das kleine Hotel hat äußerst freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Auf Sauberkeit wird sehr geachtet. Das Frühstück bietet leider nicht besonders viel Auswahl. Aber man wird satt und d kann gestärkt in den Tag am lago maggiore starten.
