Angkor Thom Hotels with Airport pickup service

Overall a very nice hotel. The hotel's service staff is warm, courteous, and simple, hoping to provide guests with satisfactory service. The hotel is located a little far from the city, and it provides city shuttle service and airport shuttle service. Dinner on the waterfront platform by the lake is a good treat. The starry sky and frogs make people relaxed and happy. If you want to experience the rustic country life, you can stay for a few days.

The hotel is prefect including location walking to pub street in 15 mins, restaurant near by and in the hotel, reasonable price, staff is helpful, but I was at 3/fl, I could hear sound from the 4/fl bar. Most of time the noise will stop around 10:30 pm.

Great and comfortable stay! I stay for 3 nights in the hotel, where i had really pleasant stay, because the staff service are really friendly, helpful and polite. Moreover the location is close to the city center and touristic places by walking, apart of that the facilities of the hotel such as common areas, swimming pool and bar are great! I definitely recommend the hotel for long or short stay you will have a comfortable and relax stay! Thank you very much staff service!

I visited herein December 2019 and stayed for 11 nights in one of the poolside villas. I have to say, the room was amazing, the pool area was fantastic and I had the most wonderful time. After traipsing around Angkor Wat all day, it was wonderful to come back to such a peaceful and serene setting for a decent rest. I've recommended this resort to nearly all my friends since my return and I can't wait to go back there one day. Across the road from the resort there is a shop and two cafes, so you don't even have to go far for a cup of coffee or some local cuisine. I have nothing negative to say about this place. I loved it.

The rating is solely based on budget hotel standard. Stayed 5 nights. Plenty of mosquitoes and the air conditioning was not working properly. Unfortunately the weather was hot too. Complained and all was taken care well. Friendly staff. The room was huge, comfortable and clean beds, clean wc, quiet environment and nice pool. All things needed after a long and tiring day are checked off. We even requested for hot water, the staff provided us with water heater and cups. The food was ok too. 3$ for tuktuk to Pub Street

Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. My stay has been excellent! Spent 3 nights at this hotel and have no complaints, it rand by a family the people are very nice, my room was clean and very pretty! The pool was perfect for warm morning. There is also a lot of spaces for you to study or work around the hotel. If needed they offer a tukuk service around the archeological site or any other place you need!
