I arrived at the room at 7 PM and it wasn't properly cleaned, so they changed the double bed to a standard room at the last minute. The bathroom only had disposable towels, no bath towels. I tried to contact the front desk, but couldn't find the landline number. The service button just hung up after one press. It's not an e-sports hotel; there were no merchandise items in the room, and a deposit was required before check-in. I checked out at 2 PM, and when I returned at noon, my room card wouldn't open the door.
