房間乾淨整潔，帶着孩子出遊住的很安心，前台服務超好還送了小童早餐，早餐非常豐富，有好吃的小炒，還有現做的餛飩麪條，兒子吃的非常開心。飯後服務人員還提供了好幾個好玩的景點，還幫忙預約了自然博物館，真是貼心至極的服務，下次一定還住這裏

新開業的嶄新的酒店，位置很好，建築外觀恢弘大氣，室內空間房間都很大，地上地下停車位充足。交通便利，周邊餐飲購物方便。前台服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔，無異味，床品舒適，隔音效果不錯，且全部房間已進行適老化改造。早餐種類豐富，性價比很高，整體體驗很棒，很適合商務和度假，下次還會選擇入住！

前台服務態度超級好 然後酒店設施也比較新 主要是細節很到位 地板就算摔一跤 也不會疼 不愧是健康酒店 衞生間都有老年人用的扶手 因為太遲入住了 酒店沒有大床房了 入住前把2張床拼起來了 安吉還有這種酒店 點贊👍下次還來

1.住宿體驗：
當天入住酒店免費升級了湖景房，晚上太入住沒怎麼看第二天早上起來推開窗看出去外賣景觀還是非常讚的，湖光波粼景觀屬實不錯的，房間很新面積很大估計有40平左右應該，洗手間空間也很大很不錯重要的是馬桶還是智能感覺很贊；
2.服務態度：
從入住到離店，前台小姐姐很熱情很專業細心，可能看出來因為天熱我剛喝過酒一點暈吧一到前台就先幫我遞上了兩瓶純凈水這個服務真的是太讚了指引帶領我到房間，一進房間感覺瞬間涼爽原來是細心的服務人員已經幫我提前開好空調了 ，中午退房的時候也是幫我拿行李包到門口歡送離開，全程熱情專業的服務幾乎是貫穿全程 令人稱讚。
3.交通情況：酒店交通還可以也是比較便利的停車位很多也都是免費的 退完房我們看了幾個景點最終選擇去了原上草原也就20分鐘左右吧還看了幾個周邊景點如大竹海、雲上草原、Hello Kitty樂園等也都在15-30分鐘車程內，適合自駕出來。
4. 周邊環境：早上起來酒店下面有一條沿着湖邊的健康小道很適合徒步晨跑，晚上去散散步應該也很舒服 因為晚上沒去過就不説了 ，早上起去走走真的超舒服空氣新鮮環境益人。
5. 酒店設施：酒店設施我沒有體驗過根據服務人員介紹酒店內有的東西還是很多比如健身房棋牌室桌球乒乓球瑜伽室、小童樂場 還可以免費洗衣等都是免費的據説還室外無邊泳池直麪竹海，估計6月份才開吧。
安吉兩日遊到此結束了期待下次有機會再來吧超讚酒店還是很用心的[強][強]

不要來，不要來，不要來！
史上最糟糕的入住體驗！辦理入住竟耗時5小時！
從未遇到過如此低效、不負責任的酒店！本次入住體驗極差，以下幾點實在不吐不快：
1. 辦理入住耗時5小時，全程前台就一個人，也沒任何解釋，下午3點到達酒店，前台告知房間未打掃完畢，需等待。期間多次詢問進度，工作人員態度極差，僅回覆“再等等，人手不夠”。直到晚上8點才拿到房卡，全程無人主動解釋或道歉，嚴重影響行程安排。 2.房間衞生實在堪憂， 床單被套有污漬，反饋給前台告知晚上沒有保潔，天吶～
3.酒店空調也是壞的，半夜打前台電話加被子，沒人接....
奉勸大家這家酒店真的別選.....
