Hentique Resort Anji

Everything was going well until I couldn't get a taxi when checking out 😢😢😢. As a result, I missed my train and had to pay extra for a taxi and rebook my ticket. The hotel should really consider offering a shuttle service to the station, even if it's for a fee. Also, I was really surprised that the hotel doesn't have a laundry room. Am I supposed to handwash my clothes on vacation? 🥲 Finally, since we couldn't order takeout in the mountains, we had to eat at the hotel's restaurant, but the prices were quite high, making it poor value for money. On the positive side, the environment is beautiful, and the view from the room's balcony was amazing. It was very relaxing to watch the mountain scenery and drink tea on a rainy day. The shuttle service was prompt, and there were plenty of recreational facilities, with a great pool and hot springs to enjoy. I hope they can improve these issues somewhat!

This hot spring resort is the perfect escape to unwind from days of fatigue. The hot spring pools are clean and elegant, the environment is tranquil and relaxing, and soaking in the warm water is incredibly soothing. The accommodation is comfortable and hassle-free, making it an excellent choice for escaping daily life and enjoying a peaceful vacation. The hotel offers great privacy with multiple hot spring pools of varying sizes, all thoughtfully sectioned off. The outdoor pools boast fantastic scenery, and the water temperature is just right. They are diligent about changing the water and keeping it clean, with no strange smells or impurities. After a soak, all my tense muscles felt relaxed, and my fatigue completely disappeared. The guest rooms were immaculately clean and well-equipped, with soft, comfortable bedding that made for a good night's sleep. The front desk and staff were all gentle and polite, making check-in and check-out efficient and smooth. The accompanying lounge area, complete with tea and snacks, is a great bonus. It's suitable for both couples and families traveling together. It's truly an ideal spot to relax, enjoy a hot spring treatment, and clear your mind. The value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely be back.

The hotel service was excellent. Our butler was attentive and meticulous throughout our stay. There were many activities available in the resort, and the hot springs were fantastic. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. We chose a Cliffside Room, and the views were superb.

This hotel is the perfect choice for a relaxing staycation. You can enjoy the hot springs, admire the mountain views, and even feed the fish. The Chinese restaurant is also delicious, and the hotel facilities are great. In the evening, you can head to the mountaintop cafe for drinks and live music – I even saw stars, which I haven't seen in ages!

The Chinese restaurant is located by a lake, with reasonable prices, so there's really no need to eat out. The entire hotel feels like a massive resort. I checked out the mountaintop cafe, walked the tea garden trail, and enjoyed the hot springs and gym every day during my stay. All the staff were incredibly polite and courteous. I'll definitely choose Hantian Resort again next time I visit Anji.

This was my second stay here, and the service was just as warm and welcoming as I remembered. The room amenities and the view from the window were both absolutely beautiful. On the second day, we moved to a tatami room on the first floor. The changing rooms at the hot springs are a bit small, but the staff there are all very friendly and helpful. There aren't many play areas for children. Since it's located in the mountains, it's quite spacious and perfect for relaxation.

The Chinese restaurant had decent food. The only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way, so there aren't many delivery options. When driving back at night after eating at a local farm restaurant, some stretches of the road were very dark with no streetlights, which could be a bit dangerous for drivers unfamiliar with the area.
