This B&B pleasantly surprised me! As soon as I got out of the car, a staff member was already in the parking lot to help me with my luggage. I hadn't even had a chance to text them yet, and they were already there. I asked later and found out they saw me on the security camera and came to wait in the parking lot – so thoughtful! The room isn't overly luxurious, but it's very comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The service was attentive without being overbearing, making me feel completely at ease. It was definitely worth the trip; I even got to see the snow! Thumbs up! 👍 The hot spring bath was incredibly refreshing, especially with the snow falling – a truly unique experience.

Found this place for a ski trip, it's very close to the ski resort and offers great value for money. The owner is also super friendly and down-to-earth. They even offer meal services, which is really convenient. Service: Excellent!

The facilities are old and the soundproofing is terrible. There was nothing provided after check-in, not even a bite to eat, and it was cold.

It's really outrageous. The pictures on the Internet are over-beautified. First of all, I want to complain about the bathtub. This is the most important thing! ! ! Three exclamation marks indicate my extreme dissatisfaction: When I checked in, there was a very big spider crawling in it. It didn't seem like it had died at some point. The aunt who took us into the room saw it and hurried over to clean it up (Excuse me, before guests check in, especially during holidays, when the room fee is more than 1,000, don't they clean it carefully before checking in). Second, in fact, most of us chose this room because it has a hot tub. So, may I ask? I came back from dinner at 8 o'clock and started to drain the water. It was not until 11:30 that half of the pool was drained, and the water was still warm. I really didn't have any experience at all! Extremely disappointed! Here's a picture for everyone. There were a lot of bugs in the room. I didn't sleep well all night. They seemed to be termites. The exhaust fan was full of them. I asked my male friend to catch them. I couldn't catch all the bugs. I couldn't bear it anymore so I fell asleep. I woke up in the morning and had a lot of bugs. The ground below the fan is full of insect corpses (see picture), and there are also many living and crawling insects in the bathroom. Later, my friend said that if it was termites, they should have completed the attack. These kind of insects have already set up nests in the It's inside. I hope the hotel will pay attention to it.
