Anji Jiangnan Tianchi Resort

Skiing pass: Hired an instructor, who took me twice on the intermediate slope. I finally dared to bravely go to the advanced slope alone, even though I was slow, I'm improving, so I'm happy! Jiangnan Tianchi Hot Spring pass: Enjoying the snow scenery while soaking in the hot springs – a perfect blend of hot and cold – so refreshing!

The only hotel affiliated with the Jiangnan Tianchi Scenic Area is located on the mountaintop. It's recommended for skiers to stay overnight, as going up and down the mountain in a single day is quite strenuous. The hotel is directly connected to the hot spring center and a few hundred meters from the ski resort. While the facilities are basic, its excellent location makes it convenient for sightseeing.

The service was professional and attentive. I was very satisfied with both the front desk reception and room service. My trip was very comfortable. The hotel offers great value for money, and it also has a large parking lot.

The room's air conditioner was incredibly loud, like a tractor, making it impossible to sleep at night. The hot spring pass we bought together was a good deal, allowing us to experience the fun of an outdoor hot spring in the snow.

The facilities at Jiangnan Tianchi Hotel are relatively old, but its location is excellent, offering great views and convenient transportation. Perhaps due to the Chinese New Year holiday, there were fewer restaurants open nearby, limiting the choices. However, the overall stay was very good, offering good value for money, and it's suitable for a short stay while visiting the scenic area.

The hotel is rather old, and the hygiene is just average. It's closest to the Jiangnan Tianchi Scenic Area. If you're taking kids skiing, it's best to have a good breakfast before heading out to avoid crowds. Parking is free at the hotel. There's a popular milk tea shop right across from the hotel. Adding a breakfast costs ¥38. The breakfast is fairly basic, but filling.

We took the kids skiing, and this hotel was outside the ski resort. It was very old, at least ten years old. The sheets and blankets were thin, and the air conditioning was practically useless. It was too cold, and we felt we'd catch a cold, so we checked out. After staying for two hours, they said they wouldn't refund the room fee. Fine, fine, I guess I'll just leave it at that.

The room was clean, and it was conveniently located for skiing and hot springs, with a good level of safety and privacy. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The room and bathroom facilities could be improved. The front desk was busy, and the service efficiency needs to be increased.

Facilities: All the essentials are there. Cleanliness: Barely acceptable, cleaner than a guesthouse. Environment: The overall environment on the mountaintop is quite nice. Service: Average, polite but not exceptional.
