一進門就發現房間沒有反鎖功能，門關的也不牢，住的很沒有安全感！房間衞生很差，床邊和沙發上都是發黃發黑的污漬，床底也全都是垃圾沒有清理！衞生間洗澡的地面都開裂了，下面都是污水，站也站不穩還很噁心，窗户用的還是百葉窗，還在一樓，外面隨便站那就能看見裏面的人洗澡，很沒有私隱！馬桶也是堵的，上個廁所沖水根本沖不下去要沖個一兩個小時才下去，上廁所的時候還會突然濺起來水，濺的身上都是！馬桶還會突然自己沖水，聲音很響，加上空調也會莫名有聲響，半夜根本睡不着，很影響睡眠！

就在雲上草原度假區裏，房間很大有廚房餐廳洗衣機，像回家的感覺。帶了兩個孩子，給了一個閣樓房，孩子們非常開心。客廳沙發可以變成梳化床唯一的缺點就是不含早餐。 後來我們又轉去半山隱竹酒店。事實證明價格貴不一定好，房間小不説床又軟被子又厚，一個晚上都沒睡好。下次來還選擇沐境輕奢。

環境真的很棒，空間也很大，預算如果不是卡的很緊，真的建議加點選擇這個雙床房。
雙卧雙衞，有客廳，有廚房有洗衣機還有米家的冰箱電磁爐，主衞空間超大還有個浴缸。
位置在半山腰所以非常安靜，睡覺不受打擾。
因為在一樓還附送一個小院子。簡直不能再美好了。
還有超多的櫃子以及很大的衣櫃，再多東西都不愁放。
真的是完美的居住體驗。

出發之前還有點忐忑，因為看了一些不太好的評價，實際到店後覺得很不錯，管家小哥上來就幫提行李，一下就安心多了，房間衞生間超大要表揚，早餐尚可，該有的都有，但種類稍少，酒店距離雲上草原很近，出門步行七八分鐘就能到接駁點，很贊。
