The hotel advertises with their golf resort facilities. But as a cuatomer of the hotel the hotel has nothing to do with this golf park. We booked the hotel because of the large green area around the hotel where we wanted to have a walk. Instead we were sent to the main road by security guard. The main road for walk sorry. Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

When I checked in, I asked if I could have an extra bed. The lady who checked in directly upgraded me to a parent-child room, which was great! The next morning I took a walk and the air was really fresh. It was a pity that my child was not feeling well and did not go to the hot springs. Breakfast is average, not much variety. It’s not very convenient to eat. You can’t even order takeout. You can only go to the county town. It takes about 20 minutes to drive there. The room is okay, but the bath water is not very hot.

What a wonderful place! We came from Shanghai to have a quiet getaway the hotel exceeded all expectations: clean, green, quiet. So quiet!!! You can only hear frogs and ducks. We stayed in the little round hut for 3 nights and it was worth every penny. In 3 days we never left the hotel territory, there aren’t many rooms, but the territory is quite big and you can do pretty much anything - hike tea terraces, do yoga or taichi, play mahjong, chill by the pool. That’s pretty much all we did - stay by the pool, read books, listen to the frogs and ducks. I can’t describe how pleased I was with the pool and top of the cherry - it was just the two of us, so many nice pictures. The food in the restaurant is delicious, lots of local food, portions are huge! I think the big bowl of noodles is enough to feed 6. Breakfast is quite simple and tasty - dumplings, baozi, porridge, cereal, toast, some seasonal veggies. As a bonus good coffee! I would like to thank the staff and hotel management for making our stay so enjoyable. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I would love to come back in a different season to see how the scenery changes and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to escape the city for a bit.

After eating well, you can get free fish food at the front desk, feed fish, ducks, and swans, and you can also extend the hiking trails and stroll among the tea mountains and bamboo forests... There are 6-7 kilometers of self-driving roads that are relatively small and difficult to drive. Then, after arriving at the reception center, transfer to another bus. Although the shuttle bus and cable car took the hotel VIP channel throughout the journey, it was quite tiring to be honest. 2. You need to pay an additional cable car ticket to go to the hotel. We paid 950 for the 2 adults and 1 child. I think this is unreasonable. We obviously only go up and down, but Xianyu only costs 180 for a round trip for a day. To be honest, it is not cost-effective to book a single room with Ctrip , I asked other tourists that when they bought it in the live broadcast room, they brought ropeway and ski tickets, which was a lot more cost-effective. Ctrip does not have a package with ropeway tickets, so everyone should compare prices, and don’t just look at the room cost. 3. Let’s talk about the advantages of the hotel. We went skiing with our kids. When we stayed in the hotel, we could go skiing as early as possible and enjoy the less crowded ski resort. I was looking for a homestay where I can climb mountains and soak in hot springs. I searched online for a long time. I found this one. I read the reviews with mixed reviews. The entrance is a spacious courtyard, and the interior decoration is quite artistic. It used to be a root carving art gallery, which was later transferred to the locals as a B&B. The owner has another business, and the homestay is just a sideline. But the decoration materials are all branded products, the room layout is spacious and reasonable, TOTO bathroom, smart toilet, and chandeliers are also very design. In particular, the store turned on the floor heating + air conditioner in advance to make the check-in experience more warm. There are mahjong rooms, calligraphy experience, trampoline, swimming pool and hot spring outside. The hot spring is surrounded by glass on three sides, heated by mountain spring water, surrounded by stones, and built with a pergola, there is still a sense of atmosphere. But when we went, the temperature was too low and the water temperature was not hot enough, so we didn't go down to experience it. The hotel has a lot of room types to choose from. The room facing the back mountain has a particularly beautiful view. The room facing the street is soundproofed with soundproof glass, so that I, a poor sleeper, can sleep peacefully. If you want to talk about the shortcomings of this restaurant, the breakfast is too simple, almost the same every day, with 7-8 varieties, but you can still eat enough without demanding.
