Qinling Youranshan Holiday Hotel

The location of the hotel is good, in the mountains, relying on the natural scenery of the Qinling Mountains, it is not bad, very suitable for family outings, good for walking the baby. As for the general room, the bathtub is the smallest I have ever seen. It can only be used for a child under ten years old. Hahaha~ The famous school hall is equivalent to a four-star in the city. The service really cannot keep up, and there is nothing to eat for breakfast. Just like a war, a customer yelled because the milk hadn't been served for a long time. We finally waited until the others had finished eating, but the waiter cleaned up the table and picked up one plate and one cup leisurely. The key is to clean up a cup and go away. Are you not coming back? What do you mean? Looking at the mess on the table with no one to clean up, I lost my appetite at all. What’s more weird is that the room that checked in at 3 o’clock was actually cleaned up at 5 o’clock, and when checking in, guests were not reminded of the rights and benefits they could enjoy in the hotel. When checking out, they knew that the afternoon tea in the western restaurant was included when they checked out the statement. He said that he can’t enjoy it after checking out, and asked him why he didn’t tell us in advance. He plausibly said where you ordered and where you should be told. It really made you dissatisfied. After the negotiation, he said that he could go but not. What the hell is opening up on time? The happy holiday mood is disappointed by the service!

吃住房間都很滿意，酒店在山頂 晚上看着星星，聽着泉水潺潺 真是無比愜意 夏天來避暑肯定是更美 非常推薦，早餐也不錯

房間挺好，落地窗外就是山，來時一直在下雨，濃霧繚繞很美。山中酒店，環境沒得説，就是路程稍遠但覺得值得。服務非常人性，所有人都很有禮貌，見了孩子也很親切，會主動提供東西。唯一就是衹能在酒店吃飯，選擇稍微少一些，但能理解。

非常棒的一次體驗，我們去的時候是周內人比較少，各種體驗感超棒的。服務人員周到熱情，免費升級了房型，由於前一天下雨了，游泳池因為水質問題不能使用，免費贈送了卡丁車，第二天泳池直接免費包場（整個泳池就我們一家人🤭🤭🤭），如果有機會去還會選擇這裏。 PS:免費贈送的茶具退房忘了拿，不知道能不能給我寄過來呢？

酒店非常適合長者小孩，還有商務招待，檔次非常高，服務特別細緻，早餐非常豐富好吃，酒店內有自己好幾個餐廳可供客人使用，菜也好吃不貴。

在大山裡有這麼一個的酒店實在是太哇塞了！也不記得是第幾次來了……來了這麼多次，説明很滿意，以後還會再來滴！ 設施：房間很好啊，並沒🈶️因為在山裡而降低硬件 衞生：蠻好的 環境：酒店最大程度的保留了原有的自然風貌，乾淨的小路，潺潺溪流，月朗星稀，美不勝收… 服務：很多服務生都會主動問好，新來的男前台很主動的幫着搬運行李🧳非常的感謝！ 餐飲：早餐豐富，有西點麪包，也有中式風味的，種類多的，可以滿足各種人的需求吧！（當然要和國際大牌五星比還是略有差距的）在這個山裡能有這樣的早餐已經很滿意了👍午餐和晚餐自己點餐嘛，出品很好，量大也不貴，就是種類略少，可以在研發點新菜豐富一下菜單哈！

酒店很好，在悠然山景區裏，景區裏就這一家酒店，餐廳燒烤等所有都屬於該酒店自營。服務很棒，親切熱情，有免費電瓶車。沒有其他娛樂活動就是景區裏散散步，觀察植物什麼的。很幽靜舒適。美中不足就是早餐有點拉垮，可以理解客人不多餐品種類較少（相對價位而言）但是請提高一下質量。

酒店總體還不錯，就是空調太差了。 衞生：可以。 環境：非常好。 設施：空調不行，對這個要求高的客人要有思想準備。 服務：不錯。
